Position Description:
Strategic Business Solutions, LLC, (SBS) is looking for highly qualified Business Analyst to join our boutique consulting firm. A strong candidate would have a financial services background and have successfully participated in various project initiatives. The qualified candidate would have the ability to communicate effectively throughout the organization.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
• 3-5 years of business analysis experience
• Ability to lead or participate in the analysis, requirement gathering, and testing phases of project initiatives
• Ability to document current and future workflows and identify gaps
• Proven communication and problem solving skills
• Experience with retirement related products
• Demonstrated process improvement orientation

Pay Rate:
Commensurate with Experience
