Position Description:
Strategic Business Solutions, LLC, (SBS) is looking for highly qualified Senior Business Analyst to join our boutique consulting firm. A strong candidate would have a financial services background, have successfully participated in various project initiatives and have effectively managed team members. The candidate would have the ability to communicate capably throughout the organization.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
• 5 years of business analysis experience
• Ability to lead or participate in the analysis, requirement gathering, and testing phases of project initiatives
• Ability to document current and future workflows and identify gaps
• Ability to lead other Business Analysts
• Coordinate various components of the project
• Proven communication and problem solving skills
• Experience with retirement related products
• Demonstrated process improvement orientation

Pay Rate:
Commensurate with Experience
