Position Description:
Strategic Business Solutions, LLC, (SBS) is looking for highly qualified Senior Project Managers to join our boutique consulting firm. SBS is comprised of forward-thinking business professionals who bring choice consulting to the companies we serve. A strong candidate would have experience in the financial services industry, have successfully managed complex projects and have the ability to effectively communicate throughout the organization. A qualified candidate would have productively controlled the budget, emphasized cost containment, managed scope, identified/assessed/mitigated/resolved risks, communicated status to executive sponsors, diffused conflict, lead change management, motivated teams, and influenced positive outcomes.

The ideal candidate should exemplify enthusiasm, passion and drive. Desired qualifications include:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- Over 6 years of project management experience on high profile projects
- PMI / PMP or Six Sigma certifications a plus
- Ability to direct team members
- Proven communication and problem solving skills
- Experience with retirement related products
- Demonstrated process improvement orientation and analytical skill sets
Pay Rate:
Commensurate with Experience
